15 Year Tapware Warranty
This Warranty covers manufacturing faults in the faucet body construction, material and assembly for a period of 15 years form the date of product purchase. During this warranty period, if Swedia determines that the Product is defective in construction, materials, or composition it will repair, provide replacement spare parts for, or exchange the item with an equivalent product. Any replaced items become the property of Swedia. All replacement products will be available for collection through the supplier or retailer that sold the product, or elsewhere as agreed between the customer and Swedia.

This Warranty covers manufacturing faults and failures under normal conditions of the original mixer cartridge supplied with the Swedia faucet. During this warranty period, if Swedia determines that the supplied mixer cartridge is defective or has failed under normal and prescribed conditions it will provide a replacement free of charge. Mixer cartridges can easily be fouled by impurities in the water supply and incorrect water pressure so it is important that your installing plumber adheres to the Warranty conditions below, including the requirement for the plumber to adequately flush the water lines before installation, and to ensure the water pressure and temperature range is within the product's prescribed limits.
